Nicole Loncaric Salvadori
Owner & Founder, Lead Instructor, RYT 200
Nicole is a yoga instructor with a 200 hour training certificate from Om Lounge Yoga in Pittsburgh, PA (a registered Yoga Alliance school). In addition to 10 years of experience teaching dance locally, she has accumulated over 800 hours of experience teaching yoga at studios in the greater Pittsburgh area since completing her initial training in Fall 2022. Nicole has attended multiple advanced trainings to continue her education of sequencing methods, chair yoga, and hands on assists, and is currently working toward her 300 hour training certificate with Awakening Yoga Academy based in Seattle, Washington. She is also a certified Silver Sneakers classic and yoga instructor as well as an adjunct political science professor with a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh and roughly 4 years of classroom experience across 2 universities.
Nicole’s approach to yoga instruction centers the importance of strong foundations. She provides students with the space to breathe, move, and be, establishing a solid base of familiar shapes and postures from which you can grow your yoga practice in any way you’d like. It is her priority to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and is encouraged to make their own choices on their mats: take what you need and leave what you don’t! Nicole believes growth begins when we are able to fully ground ourselves in the present moment and remain open to whatever happens next.
Phoebe Hassaine
Instructor, E-RYT 500, NASM-CPT
Phoebe is an E-RYT 500 and NASM-CPT with over 2000 hours of classroom experience in the realms of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and private/group strength training. She enjoys motivating students to cultivate an inner curiosity around their movement, sensation, and capabilities that will deepen their relationship with their bodies, and build confidence sustainably.
In Phoebe’s classes, you can expect a mix of learning about functional anatomy, the subtle energetic body through the lens of Hatha Yoga, and the intersections of Traditional Chinese Medicine within Yin Yoga. She greatly enjoys bringing the science to meet the subtle, educating students on the "why" behind the emotional and physical practice. As a nature lover, she loves to apply the innate wisdom of the earth and its cyclical shifts to our human experience.
In her free time, Phoebe enjoys strength training, kayaking, nature walks/hikes, hanging out with her cats, practicing yoga with the community, and traveling. Fun fact: she is working on section hiking the entirety of the Appalachian Trail!
