New to yoga? A seasoned practitioner craving something familiar? In this 60 minute class we’ll move through the same set of postures each week so you can learn the names and shapes of many of the postures you’ll meet in our vinyasa classes. Expect additional cues to help you find the best version of each pose for you.

sunset vinyasa
The perfect way to end your day! In this 60 minute class we warm up, root down in foundational shapes and postures, and find our flow. Expect plenty of time to cool down and settle into your final meditation to seal your practice.

root & restore
This 60 minute unheated class is intended for yogis seeking a gentler practice. We’ll explore intentional movements to warm up the body before we settle into longer holds in supported shapes, sealing our practice with an extended final meditation. This offering will give you the space to root down, release, and refill your cup.

rise & renew
This 60 minute Sunday morning offering is intended for yogis ready to wipe their slate clean and reset as they prepare for the week ahead. Expect additional opportunities for stillness and intention setting in this thematic flow as we reconnect with the spiritual elements of our yoga practice.

grow your roots
Plant some seeds and grow your practice with us! This creative, dynamic class explores mindful movement and gradual progression toward a peak pose or sequence. Suitable for all levels, the practice begins with foundational postures and builds heat, strength, flexibility, and balance as we move into more challenging shapes. While we will explore advanced asanas, this class is still designed to meet you exactly where you are with modifications and variations offered throughout.

The perfect way to end your day! In this 60 minute class we warm up, root down in foundational shapes and postures, and find our flow. Expect plenty of time to cool down and settle into your final meditation to seal your practice. Unlike our standard classes which are roughly 70-75°, in this class the room will be heated to 85-90°.

Start your day with some natural caffeine! In this 50 minute class we warm up, root down in foundational shapes and postures, and find our flow. Expect a slightly shorter flow, cool down, and final meditation so that you’ll leave feeling awake and ready to take on the rest of your day.
