Join Kristen & Elyse for Breathe & Be: a truly soothing experience for your mind, body, and spirit!
In this special 90 minute offering we invite you to simply breathe and be. Kristen will lead you through breathwork aimed at calming your nervous system followed by very light movement to encourage the energy flow through your body. You will then be guided through a meditation while Elyse offers Reiki to help you fully relax and unwind.

The HOT Angsty Woman Playlist Part II

Come down dog and rock out to the angstiest artists we know! In this 60 minute music themed class we will warm up, root down in foundational shapes and postures, find our flow, and release our inner rage. Unlike our standard classes which are roughly 70-75°, in this class the room will be heated to 85-90°. WE RIDE AT DAWN!

Root & Restore (Taylor’s Version) Part II

This 60 minute class is intended for yogis with excellent taste in music who are seeking a gentler practice. We’ll explore intentional movements to the tunes of my fellow fire sign queen to warm up the body before we settle into longer holds in supported shapes, sealing our practice with an extended final meditation. This offering will give you the space to root down, release, refill your cup, and rock out to some of Taylor's softest, slowest ballads.

Kundalini with Liv

Kundalini is a dynamic practice that blends breathwork, movement, and sound to shift energy, balance the chakras, and engage the 10 light bodies. Often described as an awakening of dormant energy within the body, the experience is less about something mystical and more about what you can actually feel—clarity, release, focus, and presence.
In this workshop, Liv will guide you through intentional kriya (repetitive movement), rhythmic breath, and mantra. These practices work together to build awareness, regulate the body, and create space for transformation.
No experience is needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and notice what arises!

Root to Rise in the Mountains

Unwind in the woods with us at River Mountain in Everett, PA for our very first yoga retreat!
Step away from your routines and into the quiet rhythm of nature. This late spring retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body, your breath, the present moment, and the space around you. Thoughtfully designed as a gentle reset, our time together will blend yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices with rest, reflection, and unstructured moments to simply be.
Over the weekend, we’ll move through a nourishing mix of grounding vinyasa flows, restorative practices, and time outdoors. Between yoga sessions and group offerings, you’ll have ample time to wander scenic trails, rest in cozy corners, journal, soak in the outdoor hot springs tubs, or simply take in the quiet beauty of River Mountain. We’ll gather for delicious, locally sourced meals and spend evenings around the campfire, sharing conversation and connection.
This retreat is not about doing more; it’s about doing less in order to create space to turn inward, release what feels heavy, and reconnect with what steadies you. We hope you’ll return home feeling refreshed and rooted, carrying a sense of calm and clarity with you long after the weekend ends.
