Come out and play! Whether you’re happier than ever or lost in a pair of ocean eyes, you were made for your mat. In this 60 minute Billie Eilish themed vinyasa class we will warm up, root down in foundational shapes and postures, and find our flow to the tunes of the queen of catharsis. When the party's over, expect plenty of time to cool down and sink into stillness for a dreamy savasana that feels like everything you wanted.

I'm so glad that you stopped in! Somedays aren't yours at all, but this offering will give you the space to root down, release, and refill your cup. Let the piano and poetry of Regina Spektor carry you through this 60 minute gentle yoga practice. We’ll explore intentional, grounded movements to warm up the body before we settle into longer holds in supported shapes, sealing our practice with an extended final meditation.
We Can’t Stop Doing HOT Vinyasa | Wednesday 11.19.25 6:00-7:00PM
It’s our party, and we’ll flow if we want! In this 60-minute hot vinyasa class, we’ll warm up, root down in foundational shapes and postures, and find our flow to the unapologetic anthems of Miley Cyrus. Ain't about how fast you get there. Ain't about what's waiting on the other side. It's the climb from the warm up to the cool down that makes this class well worth the ride. Unlike our standard classes which are roughly 70-75°, in this class the room will be heated to 80-90°.
Grow Your Roots: Advanced Asana

This creative, dynamic class explores mindful movement and gradual progression toward a peak pose or sequence. Suitable for all levels, the practice begins with foundational postures and builds heat, strength, flexibility, and balance as we move into more challenging shapes.
While we will explore advanced asanas, this class is still designed to to meet you exactly where you are with modifications and variations offered throughout.

Align & Flow: Chakra Yoga with Elyse

Join Elyse for this special seven-week series where we will awaken and align the chakras of the body through movement, meditation, and breathwork!
Chakras are different centers of energy of the body that work together to keep all parts of you in harmony. This all-levels flow series will begin at the root and work up to the crown, each week focusing on practices like heart opening, balancing, and grounding.

The Solar Set is a fixed sequence—unchanging like our Monday night Foundations sequence—built on Awakening Yoga Academy's Solar Vinyasa. Expect to flow through a balanced set of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination, all under the expert guidance of Alexandra, whose playful curiosity brings a light-hearted, exploratory spirit to the practice.

Gratitude & Giving with Nicole & Phoebe
Wednesday November 26th 6:00-7:15PM
Join Nicole and Phoebe for a special 75 minute Thanksgiving Eve offering centered on gratitude, generosity, and community.
As the holiday season begins, take time to slow down and reconnect with what truly sustains you.
Nicole will guide you through grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement. Phoebe will help you land in a few longer held yin inspired postures before you settle in for a soothing sound bath. Throughout the class, Nicole and Phoebe will offer supportive hands-on assists to deepen rest and relaxation.
Together, we’ll cultivate a sense of gratitude for what we have and reflect on ways we can give back and support one another.
This class is donation-based. You will sign up for free on Mindbody, but please bring a cash donation to class or be prepared to Venmo Nicole upon arrival. Our suggested donation is $25. All contributions will benefit the McDonald Food Pantry.

Winter Solstice Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with Phoebe

Join Phoebe as we honor the longest night of the year with a deeply restorative yin yoga practice designed to nurture rest, reflection, and renewal. This slow, grounding sequence will help you release the tension of the year gone by and create space for new intentions as we turn toward the returning light. We’ll focus on the energetic pathways associated with this season of rest and rejuvenation before settling in for a soothing sound bath and a silent savasana.
